Artifact: Statistics and Assessment in Physical Education-TWS Reflection
Date: Fall 2011
Reflection:
The work sample for Statistics and Assessment of Physical Education requires the teacher candidate to create a unit curriculum that includes pre-assessments, post-assessments, and formative assessments, across the three learning domains. This artifact showcases my ability to reflect on my teaching to implement change for future units. My assessments were across all three learning domains which is important for a physical educator to in order to full assess the learning process that is occurring in their classes. This process is vital to my development because it allows for me access my teaching skills through student learning. It creates accountability which allows for educators to fully pursue the goal of developing the students to the best of their ability to be life long users of their skills.
