Reflection:
During EDU 356 I had the opportunity to create a Top Down plan for an Autistic student. This plan shows how I was able to create an activity plan for the student going out 15 years from now. I created a step by step plan that paved a path for what the student must accomplish to achieve these goals, and the activities that he could participate in along the way. My goals and objectives in this plan followed closely with the national as well as the state standards, because I wanted the goals to be justified rather than opinion based. Since my student's needs were so severe and diverse, I had to be creative in planning each of the steps to reach the final goals.
